Dinner at Huaca Pucllana

Situated at the base of a 1,500 year old pyramid, this international restaurant boasts of a 5-star menu and impeccable service.

After an appetizer of stuffed potatoes, anticuchos, fried shrimp, and "humitas" a Peruvian tamale my wife and I ordered our main course.

Christi ordered a fresh quinoa salad and I ordered Lomo seco.

But the best part of the evening is the blessing I am sharing the table with.
