I don't know why I start writing when I'm I'm Lima but here I am again and again I find myself writing.

As I mentioned in my last series of mental notes/blogs, the JW is a fenominal place to stay for whatever reason here in Lima. The breakfast is delicious and it is so close to major shopping, transportation a interesting sites that I wouldn't consider anything or anywhere else.

My working partner is completeing his 21 month work plan in his room while I get to enjoy a leasurly breakfast with extra coffee. It concerns me that this step hasn't been completed. And it is further disconcerting that he hasn't left Lima to review the other major cities.
